A Great Spotted Woodpecker was seen briefly today at Lough Shark Co Armagh. (Joe Devlin)

An adult Iceland Gull was at East Strand, Portrush (John Clarke)

A Great Northern Diver was showing well at Portrush (David Hill)

At Lough Beg, two Jack Snipe were flushed this afternoon at Church Island. There was no sign of the female Ring-necked Duck seen last week - the Tufted Duck flock it was with seems to have moved on. The Great White Egret was still present on Sunday (David Steele)

A mixed flock of 60+ Whooper and 30+ Greylag were in a field near Craigantlet (Stephen Maxwell)

Thanks to John Clarke for this pic of the Portrush Iceland Gull and David Hill for the Great Northern Diver:
